It was obvious from the outset that Eileen genuinely cared about my sister and she went above and beyond our expectations. She astutely and professionally marketed my sister's home and was able to sell it for the asking price, which was an aggresive price given that this was an older home that needed renovations. She also recognized that my sister had limited finances and adjusted her commission accordingly. She assisted in packing the items in the home on numerous occasions and even brought additional packing materials at her own cost. She also worked with my sister's attorney on the closing. After my sister moved out of state, and even though the house was broom clean, Eileen was not happy with the condition of kitchen floor and mopped it down herself. After the closing, Eileen called my sister to see how she was doing in her new home. I highly recommend Eileen. She is outstanding!
